Celebrity Servers: Fort Worth Fire Fighters - September 21, 2019

To celebrate and shed light on National Hunger Month (September), Taste Project, a locally owned community restaurant, has invited a local celebrity to serve lunch each week this month. Join them Saturday, September 21st, 10am-2pm with the Local 440 Fire Fighters to increase awareness about food insecurity in our community, fellowship over a great meal, and donate to a worthy cause. 

Story Time at Leaves Book and Tea Shop - September 21, 2019

Leaves Book and Tea Shop is hosting a story time day on Saturday, September 21st, 10:30-11:00am. Join them for a story time all about flavor with Amanda Morrow (PlantSet Meals), Josie Villa-Singleton (Eat This Fort Worth), Robbie Werner (Stir Crazy Baked Goods), and Trey Smith (The Dusty Biscuit Beignet Bar - Pop Up Events and Catering).

ArtsGoogle - October 19, 2019

Looking for a fun, FREE event to take the whole family to? Look no further. ArtsGoogle is an incredible art festival with lots to do and see. Join the Near Southside family on Saturday, October 19, from 12-10pm all across Magnolia Avenue for live music, pop up art, performances across all mediums, good food, and local fun. This annual tradition, running strong for 17 years, is the perfect way to support local artists, get to know our neighborhood, and embrace the cooler fall weather.
